Philosophical aspect of disorder of the Soviet Union

The policy of planning of development of economy in the Soviet Union «from the reached level» has led to its such condition when the form was socialist, and the maintenance – capitalist. The philosophical category «the form – the maintenance» explains the maintenance as progressive, and the form as a conservative part of organic unity. In due course in development form and content come to the contradiction which permission is carried out by form reduction in conformity to the new maintenance.
